Israel’s Syria Corridor

How Israel is using Syria’s new regime to squeeze Hezbollah

Just came off RT International to break down what’s really happening on the Syria–Lebanon front and why it matters for the wider Iran–Israel escalation.

In this news segment, I explain how local reports describe Israeli helicopters crossing into Syrian airspace, landing commandos, and even using a Lebanese ambulance as cover for an operation near the border, which raises the obvious question: did the new “shadow government” in Damascus turn a blind eye, or coordinate?

Because this isn’t happening in a vacuum.

After Assad’s removal, we got a new regime built on regional understandings, and now we’re watching sectarian, takfiri forces inside Syria being positioned as a weapon against Lebanon. Meanwhile, Israel pushes from the south and tries to force Hezbollah north of the Litani River.

My argument is simple: this looks like a cooperative pressure campaign on Hezbollah, because Hezbollah remains one of the key deterrence pillars in the region, and if you break that pillar, you open the door to a new phase: further Israeli expansion and eventually normalization with Lebanon under the “Abraham Accords”.

Watch the clip. The Syria file is not closed.
